If you have been injured, seek the medical treatment you need.  Use your health insurance or workers compensation insurance if you have it.  If you have no insurance, and are unable to pay for medical treatment, Blocker & Spahr, L.L.P. may be able to help you.  For our clients, we utilize a Letter of Protection.  This is a letter our client instructs us to issue promising payment of medical bills out of the recovery.  Not all medical providers are willing to provide treatment under a Letter of Protection, but many are.  Blocker & Spahr, L.L.P. will co-operate with the medical provider of your choice in issuing a Letter of Protection.  In the unlikely event there is no recovery in a particular case, the client is still obligated to pay for the medical care received.
